NEVER SAY NEVER: These are words to live by, so I won’t say that I’ll never do another book reading in a library. If a publisher urges me to do one, I will try to beg off, citing the euthanizing of a beloved family pet, root canal or colonoscopy, occasions that I’d look forward to more longingly than a library reading.
